So this year for my dad's birthday we sent him a butterfly house. His butterflies emerged near the end of October and he brought them over on Cavan's birthday to release for migration. All 5 caterpillars made it through the cycle and we watched all 5 stretch their wings and then fly away...it was beautiful!
