I realize that it has almost been three months since I've posted....that's terrible...my goal at the beginning of the summer was for more consistency....but then there's the real life of 4 kids and all that comes with that. So....we're slowly settling back into our school/homeschool routine. The big kids are in a classroom setting M/W/F and then work from home T/TH (which is what I should be working on right now, but we're all moving a little slowly this morning :) We love their school and kind of feel we get the best of both options (see post on school choice options). Anyway--I really only do have a second--I'm hoping to write more now that we are back in the swing of school...but for now...here's Lydia at 15 months! We're having so much fun with her and I love watching her try to copy the big kids....they think she is hilarious! I was bummed that I forgot "Nally"...I LOVE the way she says Nally and Muma's names (Cathy and Sarita). She also likes saying "Mrs. Wachsmuth" but unfortunately....right now it comes out sounding a bit like an obscenity :) Sorry Anne-Marie...but don't feel bad....my brother's is borderline inappropriate as well. Just had a few minutes before we're in full swing this morning so I thought I'd quickly share because they change so so fast at this age....
