Dragons: Legends and Lore...

Find it here...

Our boys have spent hours pouring over this book...

The big dragon debate started last year after we read N.D. Wilson's book, The Dragon and the Garden, which we also loved!

Are dragons real?

Were there ever really dragons?

Was the serpent in the garden (Genesis 3) possibly a dragon?

Do dragons exist today?

Then we caught part of the Discovery Channel's episode--
Dragons: A Fantasy Made Real.
Not that we agreed with everything in the documentary, but it was pretty interesting to witness a scientific explanation for the possibility of dragons literally breathing fire.

So...after reading Susan Olasky's review of Dragons: Legends and Lore of Dinosaurs, we couldn't wait to get a copy:

From Olasky:

Children will be fascinated by Dragons: Legends & Lore of Dinosaurs (Master Books). The book, written from a creationist perspective, is filled with maps, flaps that open, and envelopes with treasures. It tracks down dragon myths, seeks to sort the true from the fanciful, and examines familiar dragon tales, including Beowulf, St. George, Leviathan, and the Loch Ness Monster, as well as obscure ones.

So if you've ever wondered...

Kinda hoped...

That maybe dragons were really real...

Try to get your hands on a copy of this book (probably best for ages 8-12) !!!
