A year ago today we got the call that Selah Noelle Chupp was born.

It made everything about this season even better.

This year, it makes everything feel a little more sad and empty.

But tonight we watched the videos of her.

We ate fried chicken in honor of our chick-file adoption pick up.

The kids ate her birthday cake and we talked about what they remember.

We all wonder...did she just turn "1" in Heaven...and if not...how old is she there?

It will be a date, December 12th, that will never be the same.
